Royal Shield has an adhesive and muffler lubrication film with advanced high-pressure technology that shows major differences in harsh operating conditions.
Royal Shield provides ultra low friction and lower working temperature, energy consumption, wear and reduces fatigue damage which significantly increases the service life of transmissions and results in lower total operating costs.
Under high pressure or shock loads, an oil film will usually be pushed away and wear will occur if there is no thin film of solid particles between the metal surfaces of the application.
Royal Shield contains friction reducing additives that build a smooth lubrication film of solid parts on metal surfaces. This film resists pressure of up to 35 tonnes / cm2 and protects the transmission during periods when little or no oil is present.
PREVENT OIL LEAK
A unique feature is that Royal Shield maintains and repairs seals, minimizing oil leakage and unwanted repair costs.
